Unable to recontract due to shopping cart empty error.
Been trying to do so for 3 days now. Have tried clearing cache, cookies, incognito, even tried different machines to make sure that it's not the cache / cookies that is the issue. It's not. Same error.
Error message when clicking on shopping cart (shows empty i.e. no number in the cart): "Your cart is currently empty. Click OK to continue shopping"
Error message when adding new mobile phone + plan to cart: "You already have an item in your shopping cart. Please complete that order before making another purchase."
I have already called 1630 multiple times and they said a sales consultant will contact me since 2 days ago, but no revert yet.
Please contact me asap because I am trying to purchase the mobile phone with the online sales that is ongoing until 16 November only.
