Hi. I need help with my global SMS charges too.
I have been charged 6 global SMS charges for the month of 8/11/18 - 7/12/18.
I have been consistently getting charged for global SMS since a long period of time. Usually I ignore it because its only 1 or 2 SMS charges and my bill payment is GIRO. So, it's really inconvenient for me to complain and to process the refund etc. This time, it is 6 SMS that I am charged. I am royally pissed now
I have never been overseas or everytime when I am overseas, i get their country's prepaid. Can you please rectify
