I made payment twice. I understand that you will forward it to next month but I DONT WANT THIS. I WANT A REFUND AND AM COMPLETELY PISSED OFF WITH YOUR HOTLINE. I have not been able to get through to talking to a customer service representative. Whatever it is, I WANT A REFUND FOR THE SECOND PAYMENT MADE. PLEASE UPDATE MY APP AS IT STILL INDICATES THAT I HAVE OUTSTANDING. AND PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR HOTLINE SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN CALL IN EASIER TO TALK TO A REP INSTEAD IF BEING REDIRECTED 100000 FCKING TIMES THAT MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, WHEN ALL I WANT IS A FCKIN REFUND FOR MY SECOND PAYMENT.
