my wife had communicated with telephone operator “ Shidaya “ from Starhub regarding our recontract plans as we had 2 lines on annual recontract with 500SGD each.
We were informed that both lines will be able to be waived 200SGD recontract fees but when we go down to Starhub at causeway point the promise was different. Only 1 mobile was able to be waived. To inform customers of such is as good as any broken promises.
I hope Starhub can review and get back to me on my case. I would had recontract on line if knowing so. Water time . And frustration.
