I made and online purchaae yesterday and got the phone colour wrong. To that i have called the hotline thrice and even been to a Starhub outlet to check on the possible solutions. All i got from them was they would email the sales team and the team would get back to me within the day. I've been waiting for the call WITHIN THE DAY for 2 days. Pls do assist me with this situation i'm in now. It's utterly unacceptable that your frontline staff are not given the ability to assist a simple change or cancellation of order and even more appalling that they have to EMAIL your sales team instead of having a direct line to put us through. My order number is CR18121140723. And i hope my issue can be resolved ASAP.
