CIS error

Hi, i have been having errors with CIS since last night. Been submitting at least a dozen times but there is an error processing my order. I called 1630, was transferred to the mobile shop but waited 30 minutes without anyone answering. I'm looking forward to get my phone through the 11.11 promotion. Can someone pls help? Thanks

Hi Amy. Unfortunately I haven't been able to submit successfully. And i believe it will happen again even for the next promotion. Not sure if i would want to try again. Thanks for your reply anyway.
