I recently switched to starhub from another telco and I noticed that my battery drains fast on my new Samsung Galaxy s8+. I suspect it could be due to the unstable network connectivity. Any resolutions?
Hi nelsonwu, can I know what you mean by unstable network? Is the phone having constant difficulties connecting to the network?
I see. Does this only happen at a certain place or is it constantly? Does a restart or trying the SIM card in another phone help?
