I'm a hub club member, i'm with starhub for about 10years.
My phone have been stolen last week and i'm using a crappy phone now.
If i recontract now, i have to pay extra $100.
But if i wait for another month, i dont have to pay as it has reaches the 21st month.
Is it possible for Starhub to allow early recontract without the $100 charge as a favour of a loyal customer? Its only a month away.
