Dear StarHub CSO,
I am told there would be 64GB iPhone 5S Gold in stock during launch, 20th September.
However, since I and many of us StarHubbers have failed to make an appointment, we would be forced to go queue on the 21st September.
With this being said, I'm sure some or majority of us wouldn't mind queuing. But we consumers need to know if your company would cater to us with AT LEAST some stocks of iPhone 5S Gold during 21st September to be fair to us customers who would be queuing for hours to buy it.
I'm sure when you purchase an item of interest, you wouldn't want to queue for hours like an insane person and then find out that the item you wanted is not available.
So please understand our plea.
