Starhub said that replacements are subject to availability of the iPhone 5 stock from Apple. I haven't heard any updates from Starhub regarding this. Are we expected to look for spare phones to use while we wait? Is there anything Starhub can do to help users with a dead iPhone 5 (a phone that cannot be used at all)?
