I had the same problem and when I switched off the LTE, it worked and the network came back. I've had the iphone5 for a couple of months now but this is the only time that this has happened. What does this mean? That I can never use LTE again?
Furthermore, my white iphone 5 which I got from you guys a couple of months back - has a faulty lock button. I've read that I can have it exchanged for a new unit. Can you please confirm this?
