Weak mobile at home

I am writing to report poor reception in my home. I have been consistently getting lower than 3 bars and often 1 bar of reception.

 

I have tried restarting phone, swapping sim cards and swapping phones but none helped.

 

The address is 186A Bedok North Street 4 S(461186)

 

Please help.
