I got my Iphone 5 replaced from Starhub 3 days back. (The Original phone bought just two months back)
The Replacement unit has speaker issue and I am not able to insert the headset connector.
Why we are getting refurbished set and not new iPhone which is under warranty?
I am completely disappointed with iPhone Quality and Starhub service.
Could you bring your handset down to our Customer Service Centre at Plaza Singapura again? My colleague will assist you further from there.
