Recently I call up the customer service to request for the voucher and was rejected. Was told the promotion is over. I've been using Starhub line for the past 11 years and my whole family is using Starhub. My contract ended in Jul 13 and to ask for a voucher is so difficult? Or is it that Starhub thinks that there isn't sufficient revenue earnEd from us, therefore to decline my request? Is that how you treat your loyal customer. PLEASE look into it, if no satisfactory reply from you, I think it will be better for us to change subscriber. Thanks.
