Recently I call up the customer service to request for the voucher and was rejected. Was told the promotion is over. Don't tell me all your long story, your rivals had been offering better promotion and also upgrade voucher which I'm wondering should I change to them. Last time is one years and then change to 2 years . I'm fine with 2years to request vouchers. Is that how you treat your loyal customer. PLEASE look into it, awaiting your reply. Thank you.
