I am currently holding 4 lines under my name and 2 of them are coming to an end by this Nov. I am considering to recontract with Starhub, but just wondering if the recontract voucher is given randomly or based on the bills. Because my colleagues have received the voucher automatically via SMS but I haven't, even though their contract end date is further than mine and bills are cheaper. In this case, can I check whether I am eligible for any recontract voucher?
