Did a little checking, It does seems prepaid users are denied connection to the 4G network or there is an issue with the 4G network

1. it's not a phone issue It does seems
2. check your Service Providers, make sure its set on automatic
3. the only connection allowed for you to connect is the StarHub 3G
4. if you try selecting Starhub 4G, the error message says: "Could not connect to network now. Please try again later."

3G connection DL is just over 5mbps, while UL speed in well below 1Mbps.
So Starhub what is happening ?
