I just subscribed a line yesterday for iPhone 5 and immediately, my handset is giving me headaches! Can't make/receive a call even the signal's full bar. Add to that, the VOLUME is INAUDIBLE. I've already tried doing the troubleshooting in the Apple website but no success. Eventually, I called CS and was advised to drop by to any of your Service Centers.
Will I get a NEW REPLACEMENT SET (sealed set) out of goodwill or will I be given a "REFURB-LIKE" SET like what I've read on other threads similar to my case?
I look forward to hearing your response. This is so annoying and very inconvenient.
