Need to resume mobile services!

I have paid my overdue bills a few days ago,yet each time I tried to reach customer services I was put on hold endlessly for about almost 20 minutes. I called three days straight and no one answered my call...I can't be on hold all the time. Please look into the customer service officers department, I'm sure you are very short handed.
