I recently recontracted and ordered a Samsung Note 8. I received my Note 8 yesterday along with my new nano Sim card. I was told it would activate in one hour. However, it's been a day past and my sim card isn't activating at all.
I have also called 1633 and they told me that it would activate in one hour. But up to now, it's still not activating at all. I am pretty sure I placed my sim card properly in Note 8, my Note 8 detects the sim card but there's no Starhub network. I have also restarted my phone, turned on/off my phone but my sim card is still not activated.
