I am unable to link Starhub account with my Hub ID. It shows the following message on my account.
Your Hub iD is currently not linked to any StarHub Account. Link and upgrade your Hub iD now!
When I click the "Link and upgrade your Hub ID", it prompted me to key in my NRIC. After submitted the NRIC number, it showed "The NRIC / FIN you provided already exists in the system. Please enter new one."
How can I link Hub ID with my StarHub account? Can someone help me?
Most probably you do have a valid Hub iD, hence the system detected using your NRIC.
Login to My Starhub app or >> Starhub.com using your Hub iD.
Once you have login, on the top right ICON, click and select Account.
Should you forget your Hub iD, you can use >> Starhub.com and
select >>Forgot your Hub iD? and follow the instruction.
Or if forget your password, select >> Forgot your Password? and follow the instruction.
Do note that it may required you to use another email as your current email may be listed in system.
After completed login and then you can change your password, email, etc in the profile.
Alternately you could write to forum staff to reset your Hub iD.
Do PM (private message) forum staff to look into your case on this matter.
On top right next to your name click on the Icon and select the Message icon.
As in email format, select >> Compose New Message
In the *Send to; forum staff >> Amy_Law, Jolene_L
Please submit and provide with the following information;
Registered subscriber Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact, email.
