Home residential isn't working

Ever since we renewed to the new modem suggested by the Starhub crew, we face slow moving speed and connection, now it's seem worst then before, it's takes time to connect and when it's connected we can't use the net, simply we have to wait even longer then ever....

We were told we were given a residential line but it's isn't working how's that possible? New phone new line tested at shop but once get it connected at home no sound at all, its seems totally dead.

Call up Starhub but they ignore me all the way....
Is this how you ppl work???

I need something to be done quick no point digging out from our pocket when the service is poor!
