1st day using Starhub and Mobile data couldn't work!!!!! (Port over)

Hi Starhub, 

 

I am a new Starhub mobile user, just ported over yesterday night. And today, using my new phone, the mobile data ain't working! I have tried various methods and many checks to ensure all settings are good. But still unable to get access via data. And I see many customers having the same problem too. What's going on, Starhub?
