I want to terminate my mobile broadband subscription and my internet TV subscription services. Can someone help ?

i have tried. I am getting this error:

I am hitting the same issue here as well. The issue is your names are not able to find when i click on it. Please escalate about this useless links. I will call starhub separately instead.
