Pls Help! "The NRIC / FIN provided does not belong to a valid customer"

When I tried to link Hub ID to Starhub Accounts I always get the ERROR - 

The NRIC / FIN provided does not belong to a valid customer,can anyone help to solve this?

Same problem as Colby1991.

I'm a new customer trying to signup online for their 1Gbps fibre broadband. Created a Hub iD to do so.

When trying to subscribe to the plan, there was a prompt telling me to upgrade my Hub iD before the transaction can be completed.

But when I proceeded to upgrade my Hub iD, I get the same error message as TS which of course if really silly since I'm a new customer and wouldn't have any existing Starhub accounts to link to!

Help me on this please.

Please help i got the same problem too

Everytime I tried to link my Hub iD to my StarHub Account via NRIC

The message appears: 

The NRIC you provided does not belong to a valid customer

On the website i get an error *"The NRIC / FIN provided does not belong to
a valid customer" *when i go to Managed services and try to enter the fin
number.

Also I want to cancel the sports pack from starhub go app as soon a s
possible.I don't want to pay again for no reason. it is very difficult to
cancel the services. It snot helping to call the customer care also as they
are not able to pull the account.

Let me know what can be done here.
