I am very unhappy with the way StarHub charge on additional mobile broadband usage on shareplus account.
The main line uses 2GB 34MB mobile data and the shareplus uses 5GB 989MB mobile data. Total allocated mobile broadband for both is 9GB. I am charge extra mobile broadband for both main line and the shareplus line. This is ridiculous!
If there is extra mobile broadband usage for the month, StarHub should only charge the main line instead of both.
Hope starhub can seriously look into the matter.
