Hi, there is a lot of time during lunch hour at Changi City Point area, i experience that i could not send and receive Whatsapp messages especially inside Kopitiam foodcourt.

Have change to a new sim card at few months ago. That's one day turn off and on mobile data when at the same foodcourt, but phone not able to connect to network show emergency calls only. By the way already sent you a pm.
please refer to below screenshot for your reference. Currently only facing issue on Whatsapp, also did encounter when using bank Paylah function the payment unable to send out which happen at the same location.
