Hi, I have a -$16.05 amount in my last mobile broadband bill and have called to seek the refund, but I have heard nothing from your organization. May I know how long am I expecting to wait for this?

by clicking on 'Ask an Account Related Question' and including your StarHub Community user name,
so that the customer support can check on this accordingly.
