unable to subscribe home hub plus

hi

My hub I'd is david.tw.lee@hotmail.com and I am currently a hubber.

I have emailed starhub customer services but no one is helping. 

 

I am unable to recontract from cable to fiber due to shopping cart issue. 

 

it will stuck at cart summary page with error message and loading non-stop so I cannot proceed.

 

Please help.
