new homehub plan

hi,

can i sign up for the new homehub plan now as my cable tv & maxonline plan will be expiring in 2 weeks time?

installation of fibre point is free right?

do i have to return my maxonline modem if i recontract with this plan?

There should not be any issue. There is a free installation of OpenNet Termination Point for those who do not have it installed at their premises yet.

As for your current cable modem, it is owned by you Smiley Happy

Hi Kaiboon

I new here.Hope I post it correctly.Trying to get through 1630 to subscribe is really " pain in the ass".
Is going to StarHub Shop better ?

I took leave today and spent the morning calling 1630. Managed to get through Sales and settled with the installation appt. However I soon realised later the Sales guy had not included the 2 VAS I requested for the Digital Voice. So another painstaking process again. To cut short. Sales guy said not their problem and advised me to call 1633.Customer Care also said not their problem and she will asked someone from the Sales to contact me. So far no call yet. Never experience this before when jumping ship.

Caller ID Display & Caller Number Non-Display.

 

With regard to the appt dates, how can I check to make sure the two dates have been booked.

I don't want any **bleep**-ups because I had applied leave . It would better without the hassle of

contacting StarHub CS by phone. May be through PM.

For the activation of VAS, there will be an one-time activation fee of $10.70 for each VAS. Can you drop me your details please? Or you would like to consider taking up the Value Bundle (Caller Number Display, Call Divert Plus, Call Waiting, Voicemail) then add-on Caller Number Non-Display too.
