cannot recontract online

Hello, I am done able to reconstract online as the store gets stuck at that page after selecting the recontract option. this is the same on PC or on mobile. could you please help unlock this as I would like to recontract to the new homehub offer. thank you

Are you still experiencing the issue now after clearing your browser cache or via a different browser?

tried this again and I receive the following error message on any platform; telling me that the order in my cart is no longer valid. I cannot close the window as suggested.
