Hi,

Accidentally posted the topic without details. 

 

I recently moved to Singapore and was trying to request for a new HomeHub 1000 connection online. However, I am not able to do so due to the following problems:

1. I have created an HubID but I am not able to create a new StarHub Account since this step fails with error "The NRIC / FIN provided does not belong to a valid customer"

2. I tried to place a request for the connection but the CheckOut button seems to be disabled. Clicking the CheckOut button after configuring the order does not do anything. 

 

Please advise how to proceed.

Are you an existing StarHub customer with other StarHub services in your name or NRIC/FIN number?

 

Drop us your NRIC/FIN number, account number, contact and e-mail details via PM and we will be in touch.
