Accidentally posted the topic without details.
I recently moved to Singapore and was trying to request for a new HomeHub 1000 connection online. However, I am not able to do so due to the following problems:
1. I have created an HubID but I am not able to create a new StarHub Account since this step fails with error "The NRIC / FIN provided does not belong to a valid customer"
2. I tried to place a request for the connection but the CheckOut button seems to be disabled. Clicking the CheckOut button after configuring the order does not do anything.
Please advise how to proceed.
