Not able to proceed with registration of a new HOMEhub 1000 bundle online.
Registration process hangs during configuration of broadband, and cursor is busy at VAS selection.
Tried on multiple machines/PC, with same results since yesterday.
Visited Starhub branch, and they advised me to call 1630, And Sales consultant from 1630 later advised me to send a email to email@example.com.....
Today is the last day of the online promotion for a free modem. I hope I can still make it on time to enjoy the benefits.
