Termination of home hub service

Hi,

 

I want to terminate my home hub service. My contract expired on 15th June 2018. I requested many times through customer care to disconnect my service, they said i will receive a call from StarHub but didn't receive any call till now. Could you please suggest my next step?

Can you please reply me as well, as i am facing the same issue.

I have signed for the home hub plus contract but installation not done. I want to cancel it due to some reason.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your reply but can you give me tentative date to resolve the issue as its already two weeks i am chasing to terminate the contract and getting same answer sale team will get back to you but they never.
