I'm trying to terminate my home hub contract for fiber broadband and starhub TV. I thought I could simply go down to the StarHub shop to terminate the contract. But now I have to schedule an appointment with Netlink Trust. My contract ends on 21 Jun but the earliest appointment is 28 Jun. Is there a way to terminate the contract and stop the services first? Also, is it necessary to have a technical staff come over to remove the setup box and ONT device? On top of that I will have to pay a service call fee of $53.50?
