We signed a promotion under the home hub 1000 add on pack to receive a iPad mini, was told they would email us the work order & svs agreement within 3-5 days, as we already booked a date to redeem the ipad on sat, called service Ctr to remind them to send but everytime they promise to send within the day or next , it didn't happen, don't understand why it take so Long just to send a email ?! Really very disappointed in their service, will think twice before even signing up or reconstract next time .
For me, i do not trust sales staff if they contact me directly.
Hence, i go thru this forum staff to assist me for recontract.
Actually it is due to sales staff that do provide the best for the customer, in my case.
Once the sales staff did a verbal contract, and the contract was email within the day, promptly.
Appointment was done within 3 days and install & setup within 3 hours.
Everything go smoothly.
If you know the name sales staff, you can request forum staff to handle for you.
Even if you are not sure the name, (as i did not know), the forum staff will able to find out.
Do write to the forum staff to assist you.
Please submit and provide with the following information;
Registered subscriber Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact, email.
btw, do check on your email for the contract in secured pdf format.
And there could have a letter for redemption, to be print, on the fee item.
