I had a call to recontract my StarHub tv, within 24 hours when I called customer service to cancel it and remain as previous contract, they mentioned they couldn't do it over the phone. I was advised to go down to StarHub shop to do it.
I spent time to go down to the shop, your CS mentioned they too can't do anything to revert.
I don't understand how could your paperwork be so quick to recontract within a day. But lack in other areas.
Could someone please assist in this?
