Sign-up HomeHub 1000 under Secret Code but no shopping vouchers received yet

Dear sir

I have called up the starhub service and they have told me to wait for the letter to redeem the shopping voucher as I have signed up the package with this secret code letter received. However it is already 1 month gone, I have not received any news at all. I tried to call customer service again but line is always busy.

Can you help to look into this and let me know why is pending for so long?
