I submitted the request for service address relocation last Monday (03/12/18) to be effective on 09/12/2018.
I did not received any acknowledgments nor updates of when this is going to be effective, even after 2 calls to 1633 (07/12/2018 and 10/12/2018), where each time was promised that the relocation team call me back.
Can Starhub please get someone to attend to my request?
