Recontract to HomeHub 200

Currently I'm having HomeHub 100 Cable at home and would like to recontract to HomeHub 200. 

 

Motorola Modem, Cable TV, Home phone line is in the master bedroom currently.

Would like to know if I switch to fibre, is it true the router has to be in the db box? If so, can I continue to have the tv & home line to be in the master bedroom? Is it possible to get another router to place in living room to increase the wifi coverage?

I have decided to terminate my HomeHub service. Can you advise what are the items that I need to return to Starhub in order to terminate the service?
