Recontract to HomeHub 1000

I recontracted to HomeHub 1000 from 200 on May 12 online to take advantage of the ongoing promo. There was no follow up since then, and had to call the sales hotline twice but to no avail. Each time the same answer is given... "will arrange for callback" - which never happens. Can someone assist?

CS finally called and made an appointment to set up the new devices.
