Recontract this month on 13th July which website say have sign up gift of $200 Robinson voucher. Next day CS called me to arrange for appointment day to upgrade to 1GB internet and say Robinson voucher is valid for sign up till 13th July and say have reserve Jay Chou concert ticket for me. I request to change back to Robinson voucher and CS told me will get back to me again. Till now, waited for 2 weeks and no news yet. What is the level of CS that Starhub is providing?
