Overcharged my home hub for twice

I got a shock when seeing my bill that like doubl charged of my homehub plus ? It is not possible for me to pay double of the month ? Pls kindly get back me ASAP thanks

And > General Bill Overview

Please note that for subscription is billed in advance and any charges occur within the billed month will be added to the next bill.
