Just called Starhub regarding my recontract via phone last month and the staff said no notes or records that I have recontract to Homehub 1000! But there was note indicated that I have signed for the Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack promotion!
Not very happy with that as the sales staff has "recontract" for me last month and now I have wait for Starhub to confirm it as the appointment is this coming weekend!
