Login to My Account not working

When I try to login to my account I get the followwing errors:

 

IE:

This page can’t be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://login.starhubgee.com.sg again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

 

 

Chrome:

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset

 

From the mobile app: everything is fine, I can see my bills

 

Any idea?

Hi laf, please try clearing your cache. Does that help?

i had cleared cache, deleted all cookies etc. No success.

any other idea?

Hi,

 

Your issue could be related to Windows 10 after recent update.

There do have complaints on issues after updates.

It may cause issue to certain secured sites.

Hence you may have to resolve this issue first.

Alternately you can check Chrome sites for any solution &or updates on this matter.

 

Starhub website is design using Windows, not chrome.

 

Meanwhile to check your account via Windows 10 do use the default browser.

Thanks Eric, it gave me an idea.

 

as neither Chrome nor Internet Explorer can anymore login, I tried with Microsoft Edge and it worked fine :-)

tried again with Edge this month to get the pdf file of my invoice. and Edge does not work anymore.... no way to access the Starhub site with either Chrome, IE or Edge............

 

what can i do?

I've just checked using Chrome and My StarHub App to download my bill with no issues.

 

Can you try using Chrome and screenshot the error message you see?

The error message on Chrome (after clearing all cookies, etc) is the following:

 

This page isn’t working

secure.starhub.com redirected you too many times.

Hi,

 

Is your connection to other  websites good or not.

 

Maybe you have to try to restart ONT and Router.

Power off the computer, ONT and Router.

 

Power on the ONT and Router.

Then power on the computer.

 

Not sure if this may work or not.

As this could be related to IP issue, but i doubt it.

If not you may have to request Starhub to refresh or reset your IP.

If IP is an issue this type of problem may exist, as on & off connection to certain websites.

 

I am not sure.

Just a suggestion.
