I will be leaving Singapore at the end of March and wish to know how I go about terminating all my services with Starhub? I have been with starhub for over 2 years now so have completed my contract.

You may return the TV equipment to our selected StarHub Main Shop (Plaza Singapura, NEX, Tampines Mall, VivoCity) to terminate your HomeHub 100 (Cable) services.

Please bring along the following items:
1. The registered customer's original FIN
2. All of the existing sets of equipment listed below:
- 3x HD Interactive Set-top Box
- 3x Smart Card
- 3x RCA Cable (Red/White/Yellow)
- 3x Component Cable (Red/Blue/Green)
- 3x Remote Control
- 3x Power Cord
Please inform the staff that you will like to terminate all your services at the point of equipment return.

PM means to send a private message.
But since you need to walk to to those shops, then let the customer service staff do the termination.
If you have subscribe to fibre broadband you need to return the ONT device, if any.
Do note that the FINAL bills may take about 4 - 6 weeks to process.
So do return early to avoid delay in the final bills for you to settle before leaving, if possible.
Do provide your forwarding address, email, contact; to the CS staff, optional.

Component cables would have been provided as you would need it to connect to your TV. In the event that you do not have the following materials, please inform the counter staff upon returning of the equipment for them to advice you further.

It may depend on the type of Set Top box and the provided accessories.
