HubClub benefits not extended to family member.

Hi StarHub,

 

My family has been supporting StarHub since the days it was still known as Singapore Cable Vision (SCV).

We have a StarHub Cable Broadband subscription, HubTV and a total of 5 StarHub Mobile lines.

 

However, we are very disappointed to know that our 5th line would not be able to enjoy the HubClub discount for mobile lines.

 

Please look into this. It does not make sense that we have to pay more for keeping our services with you

We wish to clarify that Hub Club Discount is only extended to 4 mobile lines under the Hub Club member.

Yes I understand. But that doesn't make sense. Shouldn't the benefit extend when the whole family is signed up with StarHub?

I had that issue as well, then decided to consolidate all accounts under my account. Pretty easy with billing as its all itemized

Did consolidating all accounts under one name allow you to get more than 4 lines (5 lines in my case) get the HubClub discount?
