My family has been supporting StarHub since the days it was still known as Singapore Cable Vision (SCV).
We have a StarHub Cable Broadband subscription, HubTV and a total of 5 StarHub Mobile lines.
However, we are very disappointed to know that our 5th line would not be able to enjoy the HubClub discount for mobile lines.
Please look into this. It does not make sense that we have to pay more for keeping our services with you
Yes I understand. But that doesn't make sense. Shouldn't the benefit extend when the whole family is signed up with StarHub?
