Hi. Does anyone have a similar problem as me? I can't link my Hub ID to my starhub accounts. It says that my NRIC is already being used. I've visited the Starhub Customer Service and they said they have helped me rectify the problem but I still can't link it. Starhub told me that they have already deleted my previous account. But it seems that the problem still exists.
