I am so disappointed by the low download speed after 9 pm and bad starhub service (3 days now internet).
I want that my contract is not recurring at the end of the contract?
Since jan 2017 I have a 24 month Hub 1000 package.
with this bad performance i want that it end in Jan 2019 and one day longer.
what is the procedure to cancel it now already to the contracts end?
